"Pretty good for the price"
I ordered from Vanni Milano i’m happy with it overall. For the price, it feels like a solid deal, and the quality is better than a few other things I’ve bought online before, so... yeah, no real complaints there.
The delivery was just okay, not super quick but not painfully slow either. Packaging was simple, nothing fancy, but it did the job. I’d probably give it 4 stars because it’s good value for the money, just not totally perfect, if that makes sense..

"Looks good, but durability could be better"
It looks really nice, and it held up kind of okay. It’s not even about it falling apart right away or anything like that, I just expected it to feel a bit more durable over time.

"Color was sorta different"
The photos made it look a little nicer, but in person the color was sorta different than I expected. Still okay, just not quite the shade I thought it would be.

"Really Like the Style"
I’ve been really into the style of these clothes lately. The designs feel clean without being boring, and the colors are just really nice. Every time I look through the pieces, they just come across as stylish and easy to wear.

"Really happy with the quality"
I ordered from vannimilano.com and the material was nicer than I thought it would be. Its soft, doesnt feel thin or cheap, and the stitching seems really well done. Ive worn it a few times now and it still holds its shape nicely. Delivery was fine, but the quality is definitely why Im giving it 5 stars.

"Fit felt off"
It runs a bit small, and the fit just felt kind of weird on me. i’m too tired of dealing with exchanges and customer service stuff right now, so I’ll probably just keep it, but I wouldn’t say it fits true to size

I’m 100% sure the order updates were handled really well. The tracking worked perfectly fine, and when I reached out, they replied super fast. No doubt about it, the whole thing was smooth.

Had to exchange my order because I chose the wrong size. Was a little nervous it might turn into a hassle, but it was easy.
Customer service got back to me within a reasonable time and explained what to do. Sent the item back, and the new size arrived without any drama.
Really happy with how they handled it. Returns are usually annoying, but this one was simple enough. 5 stars from me.

"Shipping was surprisingly fast"
My order showed up way quicker than I expected, which I really appreciated. For me, that kind of fast shipping makes the whole purchase feel worth it.

"Comfortable enough for a full day out"
I got these from vannimilano.com and they’ve been really comfortable so far. I wore them for an entire day while I was out and about, and I didn’t have any rubbing or sore spots, which is the main thing I care about with shoes. They look nice, feel good, and they do what you’d expect without any fuss. Happy with them and I’d buy them again.

"Delivery was RIGHT on time"
I ordered from vannimilano.com the whole delivery process was super smooth. I got the tracking info quickly, and the package showed up exactly on the day they said it would. No chasing, no random delays, no hassle at all, which I REALLY appreciate. Everything was packed nicely too. I’d definitely order again.

"Stylish, but I expected a bit more polish"
I really like the design, and overall it feels sturdy. I’ve bought similar items before that had cleaner finishing, so I did notice a few little things here, like some edges and stitching that looked a bit rushed. It’s not a dealbreaker and I’m still using it, but for the price I was hoping the craftsmanship would feel a little more refined.
